ABOUT ME
I'm a Professor at CUG Wuhan (China), with previous working experience in Italy, Germany and UK. I have collaborated and am still collaborating with a number of scientists from Europe, China, North Africa, and North America. I've been principal investigator or member of several international multidisciplinary projects. I have extensive laboratory and fieldwork experience leading, organising and participating sampling expeditions in four continents. I've been teaching assistant for stratigraphy, field geology and geological mapping, and co-supervised several students' theses. In 2015 I was awarded a "UNESCO Dolomites Foundation" prize for my PhD thesis study, which contributed to "raising the profile of the entire Dolomites territory".
